The client was a mid-sized company with a distributed workforce spread across a number of locations in the United States. They wanted to create a centralised HR portal to streamline and improve their HR processes. These processes included employee onboarding, performance reviews and benefits management.

Approach

The development team's first step was to work with the client to understand their specific HR needs and requirements. They also conducted a review of the client's current HR systems and processes. This identified areas that could be improved or automated.

Implementation

Based on this information, the team designed and developed a custom HR portal using a combination of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript for the front-end and a server-side language called PHP for the back-end.
